Aïcha Othman was born in Tunis on November 18. Her father is a writer and politician.
She studied at the Sisters' School in Tunis, then enrolled at the University of Paris II in France where she studied political science.
After graduation, she started working in the media as a news anchor for the private Tunisian channel Hannibal TV.
Between 2009 - 2011, she was in charge of the Tunisian delegation to UNESCO.

Currently, Aïcha plays an important role in a new 60-episode soap opera entitled “Mamalik“ with Rania Youssef and Bayoumi Fouad which is broadcast on the Egyptian channel Al-Nahar.
Her first single “Ma Teegi Ba2a Nefra7“ reached more than one million views on the first day of its release and 3 million views a few days after the release of the video clip.
Afterwards, this single became a trend on the Anghami platform as well as on Twitter.
Aïcha Othman then released her 2nd song entitled “Mia Mia“.
With her many talents and skills, Aïcha Othman has managed several audiovisual projects, not just as an actress or presenter, but also as a TV producer.
After presenting JT, Aïcha Othman specialised in political programmes, notably with ‘هكا نعيش’ on Hannibal TV, where she conducted no-holds-barred interviews with Tunisian political activists. She also hosted the show ‘Bienvenue chez moi’ (في ضيافتي) during the month of Ramadan on the same channel.
